Training

After analyzing your former training regimen, we provide you with individual training plans targeted towards your personal goals. We don’t use cookie cutter templates, we tailor every training plan specifically to your goals, schedule and personal preferences. The training plans are usually delivered directly to your e-mail or via Google Drive.

Nutrition

In close cooperation with you, we develop strategies to improve the aspects of your nutrition that you struggle with the most. Whether it’s battling hunger during dieting, getting enough food in to fuel your progress or eating on a tight schedule, we help you out. Our service ranges from fixed meal plans to macro recommendations.

Service

Our coaching comes with a weekly Skype consultation or video exchange via Google Drive, where we evaluate and discuss your progress and talk about adjustments if necessary. Aside from the scheduled consultation, you can always contact us via e-mail, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp and expect an answer within minutes to 8 hours tops, so you’re never left alone.
